Returns & Refunds

All ticket and merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds for items purchased online or on-site at our events.

If there is an issue with your order or you believe there was a mistake, we’re happy to help. Please use the contact form below or speak with a staff member at the event merchandise booth.


Exchanges (Merchandise Only)

We offer on-site exchanges for eligible merchandise, while supplies last.

  • Exchanges must be made in person during the event at the official merch booth
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags still attached)
  • You may exchange for any product of equal or lesser value
  • Availability of sizes and styles is not guaranteed

Ticket Transfers

While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable.
If you need to update the name on a ticket, please contact us before the event to request a name change. We’ll be happy to assist.
